"Dr. Catignani is the SORRIEST professor that Food Science has. He does not teach anything and is never willing to answer questions. Avoid this man at all cost!!! He is the only instructor that teaches Food Analysis. If you find out that he is teaching it next Spring, write a letter to the Dean and ask him to allow someone else teach the class (i.e. one of his T.A's) or another professor."
